Meet The Team


Daniel Tripp

Introduced into the health and fitness world in the early 1980's, Dan has owned and operated a variety of multi-dimensional health centers for most of the past 30 years. Specializing in posture, gait function and corrective alignment training as well as fitness conditioning for all levels from the unconditioned to the elite athlete. Dan is a regular guest instructor for the Rancho La Puerta Health Spa in Baja California, Mexico and is experienced in movement and core training education having trained and certified many instructors over the past 20 years. 


Zac Singh

Health and Fitness professional with specialties in core, corrective and therapeutic movement training as well as more than 15 years certification and practice of Thai/yoga bodywork. Zac has spent more than 25 years designing and implementing personal training programs with emphasis of sports performance, gait function, posture and alignment as well as successful design and conditioning of programs for neurological, spinal and brain disorders.


Our teachers individualize each client's training based on specific needs and goals with attention to stabilization and breathing techniques to assist alignment and posture through all the exercises and movements.
